Rob, Just wanted to write you and let you know how the rally went. It went really well. L.A.W.S. Inc. did a real nice job letting us know how we can help ourselves out with creditors, any problems people out on the line are experiencing, and answered questions when asked. This committee of L.A.W.S. brought us food to pass out along with paper goods. This was the beggining of our food pantry, with Rob Wilson's and Greg Shotwell communication help. We at Local 364 want to thank everyone involved. We have about 10 couples who work at the plant, So that means 2 incomes were lost. We are very greatful to these individuals to come out to help us. The whole time we were marching, our recording secretary was on the phone. Her name is Brenda Hruby, she was against this rally for 2 days that I am aware of. She was only negative, passing around to others that Pat Meyer was slandering others. She did not do that. I, along with others would
like to know how she can tell what is being said while she was constantly on the phone. She was to far from the microphone to even hear what was being said. She lied right to Pat Meyer and my face, stating that no one knew she was coming. That is a lie. Even our committee members knew. My particular union steward knew also. Our Vice President called and thanked her tonight. This is so embarassing knowing I have a representative in charge that is so negative. Brenda should realize if this helps her get her job back, so be it. When people go to get their checks, she stills chooses to harass the individuals to whom she pleases. This is wrong and needs to be addressed. The news crews were out, as was South Bend Tribune and The Truth, they are our local paper companies. I feel both reporters with the paper were very professional. Rob, could you please pass this on to Greg Shotwell and all your Soldiers of Solidarity Members. Thankyou for your time
and believing in all of us, your e-mails and phone calls also. It is good to know that we have others watching out for us. God Bless You. Thankyou, Deneen Seigler
